The course is 12 weeks long. You can commit as much time as you would like to the program, but in order to really see the impact you should plan on spending at least 3 hours a week (the group calls, workouts, and worksheets included in that estimate). Most women that have gone through the program are working moms/SAHM's and find the commitment very manageable!

Nope! The workouts are designed to progress as you do. Plus, all workouts can be modified to be as easy or difficult as you want/need.
All of the workouts will be between 20-30 mins. and can either be done from home or in a gym.
All of the workouts are designed to be done from the comfort of your own home, so equipment needs are minimal. Since the workouts are strength focused, however, you will need a few pairs of dumbbells, a booty band, and a resistance band set. All of this will be linked in your welcome packet!

We'll cover this on your Discovery Call! We do our best to work with moms who we feel would be a good fit for the program, and who are committed to making a permanent lifestyle transformation. So, to accommodate that, we offer multiple payment options.
