Hi, I'm Emily and I am obsessed with helping moms learn how to live their best life! I am a wife, mother, and latte LOVER. I have been a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach for just over 14 years, and have a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. To say the least, I was born to do this and LOVE what I do! Since starting my business with my husband 3 years ago, I've had the honor of helping hundreds of other mamas redefine their relationship with fitness, nutrition and themselves. I'm here to prove to you, and the rest of the world, that it is 1000% possible to love your body, create the life you've always dreamed of, AND be the mom your kids deserve. FAQ's

  • How long is the course and what is the time commitment?

    The course is 12 weeks long. You can commit as much time as you would like to the program, but in order to really see the impact you should plan on spending at least 3 hours a week (the group calls, workouts, and worksheets included in that estimate). Most women that have gone through the program are working moms/SAHM's and find the commitment very manageable!

  • When does the program start?

  • I'm new to working out, or its been a while...will the workouts be too intense?

    Nope! The workouts are designed to progress as you do. Plus, all workouts can be modified to be as easy or difficult as you want/need.

  • How long are the workouts?

    All of the workouts will be between 20-30 mins. and can either be done from home or in a gym.

  • What equipment is needed for the workouts?

    All of the workouts are designed to be done from the comfort of your own home, so equipment needs are minimal. Since the workouts are strength focused, however, you will need a few pairs of dumbbells, a booty band, and a resistance band set. All of this will be linked in your welcome packet!

  • I want to do the program, but life's crazy and I just don't have much time

    Well then you're in the right place! This program was literally designed for busy moms! Life will ALWAYS be crazy...you will learn how to balance the craziness of motherhood AND prioritize your health + fitness.

  • What is the investment of the program?

    We'll cover this on your Discovery Call! We do our best to work with moms who we feel would be a good fit for the program, and who are committed to making a permanent lifestyle transformation. So, to accommodate that, we offer multiple payment options.

  • What if I can't attend the calls?

    All of the calls will be recorded and made available in the client portal. Any questions can be asked in the support chat for a response from Emily.

  • Is it really possible to lose weight without restrictive diets or counting calories?

    100%!! In fact, your history of restricting and dieting is probably why you're struggling to get lasting results. Within the program, we will focus on tapping into your body's hunger vs. fullness cues, differentiate between physical and emotional hunger, and give you the tools to choose filling + nourishing foods (and how to make them taste good) so you can boost your metabolism and burn fat...all without counting a single calorie.
